2020 AFTER Awards Winners

In Early December 2020 I had the pleasure of presenting the Winners of the 2020 AFTER Awards, to:

Picture Framing - Brienna Shepherd - Left Banbk Art Group Gold Coast

Both recognised for constant effort and meeting the judging criteria of the Awards.

Congratulations to Brienna and Brad recipients of the 2020 AFTER Awards. All Smiles after being presented with their prizes.

The initiative of the AFTER Awards was born from necessity due to COVID19 restricting travel. This highlighted a gap in the ability of students to submit their assessment materials in a consistent and meaningful manner. The Judging criteria is a testimony to the acceptable ways in which students should conduct assessment submissions. The initiative worked very well and RTA has seen an increase in the number of students submitting their assessment materials digitally. Thank you for your efforts, everyone!

To all who entered the competition THANK YOU! It was great to see so many apprentices enter and strive to do their best work. If you have entered and continue your apprenticeship through next year you will be automatically entered into 2021 AFTER Awards. Yes, that’s right more great prizes to be won just for doing your assessments submissions correctly!

I would also like to Acknowledge the Judging panel, experts in their respective industries, John Hadfield and Scott Dawson who have volunteered their time to assist with the selection of the awards. Thank you, gentlemen, your time and acquaintance are much appreciated.
